Night To Remember Mobiles Disco's is a Suffolk based mobile disco and events company catering for the whole of East Anglia. Here you will find everything you need to make your event a ' Night To Remember '. Our extremely professional DJ's have years of experience and are extremely diverse, catering for all music tastes. We have managed to build a great local reputation and it is always humbling to hear positive feedback.
Ben started the business in 2010 and each year we have seen the business grow more and more. We have been privileged to share some amazing moments and memories over the years and it reinforces why we love what we do.
We have a wealth of experience with weddings and understand all the elements that bring your special day together. We meet with couples before their wedding to run through everything and have a comprehensive form that we fill to make sure everything is covered. This has been developed over the years and we find it works really well.
Although the majority of the events we cover are weddings, whatever the occasion, we love a party. We love 16th's to 60th's, 70's, 80's and 90's themed mobile disco's and events. Other disco's include Proms, Pubs, Festivals, Private Parties, corporate, New Years Eve, basically anything you can think of!
The Small Details
At Night To Remember we do everything in our power to make arranging your big day as enjoyable as possible and we are just as passionate as you are. We pride ourselves in our professional level of service. We meet with clients to discuss all the fine details like colour schemes, ideas, schedules and playlists as well as contacting other suppliers where necessary. We also discuss lighting with photographers so that we can program the lighting to best suit their requirements. We can also offer track editing / building. Whether you want to shorten or cut sections out of a song or build a dance inspired track from scratch, we can sort it for you. The Booking Process
We know planning an event can be very intimating at first and cause a lot of stress. We make the booking process as easy and stress free as possible using a combination of our website, online quote form and email / contact form.
Once you have had a look and you have an idea what would like or you would like to enquire further, the next step is our online quote form. All form submission are dealt with within just a few hours and an accurate quote provided soon after. If you are unsure about anything or need some advise the please email Ben and he will be happy to help.
To secure the booking, a 25% deposit required. Once the deposit is received you invoices will be sent to you followed by your contract. Deposits can be paid via cash, card, paypal, cheque or bank transfer.
The contract can be signed online in a matter of minutes saving the hassle of having to post.
You will then receive a booking confirmation and log in details for our new client portal. Here you can view details of your booking, use our planning aids and create a playlist.
That's it! We are always at the other end if you need us and always happy help. All email / messages are responded to as soon as possible and you should have a responce within 24 hours at most. The only exception will be weeks where we are busy out doing what we do best.
